Chairman of Secoin – Mr. Dinh Hong Ky at the Vietnam Private Sector Economic Forum (VPSF 2025)

On September 16, 2025, in Hanoi, the Vietnam Private Sector Economic Forum (VPSF 2025) was held under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, bringing together around 1,000 leading private enterprises along with representatives from many ministries and agencies. This forum is an important platform for dialogue, resolving challenges, and shaping strategies for the development of the private sector.

As one of the distinguished participants in a high-level discussion session at the forum, Mr. Dinh Hong Ky – Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Business Association (HUBA), Chairman of the Board of Secoin JSC, and Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Green Business Association (HGBA) – delivered a speech on the transition from a circular economy model to a regenerative economy model, and on building an ecosystem for Vietnamese enterprises to truly thrive in their own market. He also presented seven sharp recommendations to the Prime Minister.
