EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) is an international certification developed by IFC – a member of the World Bank Group, designed to assess the efficiency of energy, water, and materials in construction projects.
Projects achieving EDGE ADVANCED are pioneers in sustainability, meeting the standard of at least 40% energy savings, demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainable development.

SECOIN Eco Artistic Tiles Factory Achieves EDGE ADVANCED Certification

On October 29, 2025, SECOIN officially received the EDGE ADVANCED Green Building Certification for its Secoin Eco Artistic Tiles Factory located in the My Xuan B1 Industrial Zone, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.
The certification was issued by SGS Vietnam, an internationally recognized assessment body accredited by IFC – World Bank Group.

The award ceremony took place during the Vietnam Green Building & Green Transport Week 2025 at Vinpearl Landmark 81 (Ho Chi Minh City), with the attendance of Mr. Nguyen Van Sinh – Deputy Minister of Construction, and Mr. Jackson Woo – General Director of SGS Vietnam.

• Utilizing energy-efficient lighting and insulated roofing systems

• Installing water-saving fixtures in both production and utility areas

• Reusing materials for floors, walls, roofs, and frames to significantly reduce CO₂ emissions throughout the product life cycle
