Program Kick-off for Secoin Standardizes Sales, Production, and Performance Management Processes

On June 10, 2024, Secoin Building Materials Joint Stock Company held a kick-off program for the “Standardization of Sales, Production, and Performance Management Processes” project. This initiative is one of three under the Pioneer Vietnamese Enterprises (PE) program, specifically designed by the IPSC project for Secoin. The three main advisory categories include: 1- Sales consulting; 2- Production consulting; and 3- KPI consulting.

The kick-off event was honored by the presence of representatives from the USAID IPSC’s Private Sector Competitiveness Enhancement Project, who shared insights into the project’s goals and expectations.

The program also welcomed distinguished guests from the Hanoi Association of Women Entrepreneurs (HNEW). HNEW extended congratulations to Secoin and expressed hopes for a successful and impactful project, emphasizing the capabilities of women-led manufacturing enterprises.

Notably, the kick-off program featured the participation of consulting experts—the team that will accompany Secoin throughout the project. These experts shared detailed consulting plans for each category, along with expected project outcomes. They committed to providing in-depth support, alternating between awareness training, practical sessions, and real-world training. Their goal is to drive fundamental internal changes within the company and enhance the team’s capabilities.

The USAID Improving Private Sector Competitiveness project is a technical assistance initiative led by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Enterprise Development Bureau (AED) under the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI). The project tailors its activities to each participating enterprise, aiming to enhance the competitiveness of Vietnamese businesses and facilitate breakthroughs in the new era.

Secoin, a leading brand in “Artistic Tiles,” proudly joins as one of the 35 pioneering enterprises selected for the Pioneer Vietnamese Enterprises program (PE) under the IPSC project. With 35 years of experience (1989-2024), Secoin is competitive and adaptable. The Ministry of Construction recognizes Secoin as a key contributor to the non-fired building materials industry in Vietnam. This aligns perfectly with the PE program’s primary objective: positioning “Made by Vietnam” products successfully in the regional and international markets.

Participating in the PE program not only provides Secoin with personal development opportunities but also contributes to the growth of Vietnam’s construction materials industry. It reinforces the position of Vietnamese brands on the global stage. Secoin is committed to providing the necessary human and material resources to ensure the successful execution of the project, thereby transforming and strengthening the overall identity of the company and its dedicated staff.
