Program Summary – Standardizing Sales, Production and Performance Management Processes at Secoin
On November 13, 2024, at Secoin Hanoi Office, the project summary program "Standardizing sales, production and performance management processes" took place successfully with the participation of representatives of the Vietnam Private Sector Competitiveness Enhancement Project (USAID IPSC), along with a team of experts and Secoin staff.
This project is one of three initiatives under the Vietnam Pioneer Enterprise (PE) Program designed specifically for Secoin by USAID and the Agency for Enterprise Development (AED) under the Ministry of Planning and Investment. From June to November 2024, the project focuses on three main consulting categories: sales, production and KPI, aiming to enhance Secoin's overall capacity.

Outstanding Achievements:
• Sales consulting: Secoin applied a separate customer expansion process and capacity building training for the sales team. The project ended with a 20% increase in potential customers.
• Production consulting: The company standardized the production process at two factories in Ha Tay and Hung Yen, established 5S standards and launched the Kaizen improvement movement. The Ha Tay factory received 73 improvement ideas, of which 48% were feasible, while the Hung Yen factory had 52 ideas, of which 62% were effectively applied.
• KPI consulting: Secoin built a 3P Salary system for 26 positions and developed capacity standards. Employees were guided to learn through groups and training courses.
