Secoin participates Vietnam enterprise forum – Canada 2023 at Vancouver and Toronto
Within the framework of the Ho Chi Minh City delegation to visit and work in Canada in June 2023, the "Vietnam - Canada Business Forum 2023" was held in two cities Vancouver (June 27) and Toronto (June 29). Attending the Forum were representatives of Government agencies and businesses from both sides of Vietnam and Canada. Secoin participates in the Forum as Chairman Secoin and Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City Business Association and Secoin is a typical enterprise of Ho Chi Minh City.
The forum focused on the important role of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) in promoting the value of two-way trade between Canada and Vietnam. The CPTPP has created favorable conditions for the two countries to strengthen trade and investment relations, and at the same time promote sustainable development for the Asia-Pacific region.

Vietnam has become Canada's largest trading partner in ASEAN, and the value of trade between the two countries has increased more than 6.2 times in the past 10 years. This shows the progress and strengthening of economic cooperation between the two countries.

In contrast, Canada is also one of the 10 largest import partners of Vietnam. In 2022, the trade turnover between Vietnam and Canada has reached 7 billion USD, demonstrating the diversity and potential in developing the trade relationship between the two countries.
